Qinhuangdao Glass Industry Research and Design Institute Company Limited (QGRDI),?which was founded in 1953, is one of the earliest major scientific and research institutes ever established in China. It is also the main inventor of LUOYANG FLOAT GLASS PROCESS OF CHINA, which owns the self owned property rights. Up to now, it is the largest and exclusive institute in China for research and design for glass industry, which is engaged not only in scientific research and design, but also in production and quality inspection.
